Combine these ingredients and mix well.  Can be made thicker if using as a dip (add more mayo & less buttermilk).

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • chopped parsley, to taste
